OLX168 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Players

The OLX168 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following requirements. By registering an account, you confirm that you fully satisfy all of these eligibility criteria.

• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. OLX168 reserves the right to request identity document verification at any time to confirm your account details.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your OLX168 account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. OLX168 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.

The OLX168 registration process requires your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Phone number verification via OTP will be carried out during registration. OLX168 reserves the right to decline any individual's registration without providing a reason.

OLX168 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only — OLX168 does not accept any foreign currency.

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — minimum deposit RM 20, processed within 1–3 minutes.
• GrabPay — minimum deposit RM 20, processed within 1–3 minutes.
• DuitNow — minimum deposit RM 20, processed within 1–5 minutes.

• ShopeePay — minimum deposit RM 20, processed within 1–3 minutes.

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. OLX168 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account not in the registered player's name, OLX168 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification is completed. OLX168 does not charge any deposit processing fees on our end — however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond OLX168's control.

• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier: Silver RM 10,000, Gold RM 20,000, Platinum RM 50,000, Diamond RM 100,000, and Black with no limit.
• OLX168 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, or for accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification.
• Any winnings obtained through fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or exploitation of system bugs will be voided and will not be processed for withdrawal.

Weekly VIP cashback and daily rebates are calculated based on actual wagering amounts (not deposits) and credited according to the schedule stated in the OLX168 VIP Rewards programme. Cashback and rebate funds require a 3x rollover before they can be withdrawn.

• Minimum and Maximum Bet: Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game category and player VIP level. These limits are displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your wager.
• Technically Incorrect Odds: OLX168 reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system technical error or human error. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded to the player's account within 24 hours.
• Bet Settlement: All sports bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant governing body. For badminton, results follow BWF rulings. For football, results follow the relevant authority such as Liga Super Malaysia, FA Malaysia, or the EPL.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time or is cancelled, all pre-match bets on that event will be refunded to the player. Live in-play bets that were already settled during the match are not affected.
• Parlay Betting: In parlay betting, if one of the selected matches is cancelled, that selection will be treated as void and the parlay will be recalculated using the remaining valid selections.
• Final Decisions: All bet outcomes settled by the OLX168 system are final and may not be disputed unless there is a clear and demonstrable technical error.

For Live Casino games including baccarat, all outcomes determined by the dealer are final. Any dispute relating to Live Casino will be reviewed using the video recording of the relevant session. The investigation process may take up to 3 working days.

The OLX168 VIP Rewards Programme has five tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black. Membership in the VIP programme is free and automatic for all registered OLX168 members. The following terms govern the VIP programme.

• VIP points are calculated based on your total wager amount over a rolling 30-day period. The standard rate is RM 100 wagered = 1 VIP point, except during double-points promotions.
• VIP upgrades happen automatically once a player reaches the required VIP points. Upgrade bonuses are credited within 24 hours after the upgrade is confirmed by the system.
• VIP levels may be downgraded if betting activity declines and VIP points fall below the current tier threshold within a rolling 30-day period. OLX168 provides a 7-day grace period before any downgrade takes effect.
• Upgrade bonuses that have been credited will not be revoked if your VIP tier subsequently drops, provided the rollover requirement is met within the bonus validity period.
• OLX168 reserves the right to modify the points structure, benefits, or tier levels of the VIP programme by providing members with 14 days' notice via their registered email.

OLX168 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances.

• Confirmed fraud includes providing false information during registration, identity misrepresentation, or using another person's payment method without authorisation.
• Holding multiple accounts or attempting to create a new account after an existing account has been suspended.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse through arbitrage, hedging, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine risk.
• Threatening, verbally abusing, or harassing the OLX168 customer support team.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
