After registering your olx168 account, there are several steps we recommend to ensure your account stays protected against unauthorised access.

Having Trouble Registering? Here's How to Fix It

If you run into any issues during the OLX168 registration process, here are solutions to the most commonly reported problems by Malaysian players.

• OTP not received: Make sure the phone number you entered is correct and active. Try clicking "Send OTP" again after 60 seconds. If the issue persists, check whether your SMS balance is sufficient or contact OLX168 support via live chat.
• "Phone number already registered" message: This means your phone number has already been used to register an olx168 account. Try logging in with that number, or contact customer support if you can't remember your old password.
• The registration form cannot be submitted: Make sure all fields marked * are filled in correctly, the Terms & Conditions checkbox is ticked, and your password meets the minimum requirements (at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers).
• Inactive account after registration: In some cases, new accounts may require additional verification before being fully activated. Check your registered email for a verification link, or contact customer support for assistance.
